How to Get Coordinates on Google Maps
Google Maps is the most universal tool for this task, available on both Android and iOS.
- Open the Google Maps app.
- Tap the "My Location" button (the crosshairs icon) to center the map on your current position.
- Tap and hold on your blue location dot (or any other location on the map) until a red pin drops.
- Scroll down in the information panel that appears. You will see the coordinates in decimal format (e.g.,

How to Get Coordinates on Apple Maps
If you prefer Apple Maps on your iPhone:
- Open Apple Maps.
